At Pet Mosaic, we want your shopping experience to be as smooth as possible. Below you’ll find details about our order processing and shipping practices.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, and a tracking number as soon as your shipment is on its way.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We offer free standard shipping on all orders within Canada and the USA.

Estimated delivery time is typically 4–10 days total (2–5 days processing + 2–5 days shipping) for both Canadian and US addresses. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier conditions. Delivery timeframes are estimates—not guarantees.

Because we use a print-on-demand fulfillment partner with production centers in both Canada and the US, your order is shipped locally from within your country. Most customers will not experience customs or import duties.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship orders to addresses within Canada and the USA.

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations outside Canada and the USA at this time.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Delays & Issues

While we make every effort to deliver orders on time, delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or high seasonal volumes. We appreciate your patience in such cases.
